my mom is with an abusive man who keeps hitting her the biggest problem is she keeps taking him back. he has beaten her and gone to jail 4 times. my mom was issued a restraining order before but she had it dropped. well this last time he beat her in front of my little sister he went to jail but usually he gets out pretty quickly but the judge issued a three year restraining order against him. well last week my mom disappeared and i got a call from a family member saying that she was n a motel with him and she was in trouble when i got to the motel we seen ambulances coming and they found her at a store threatening to throw herself in to traffic she was taken to the hospital and she was found to be under the influence of pcp which she had unknowingly taken from him. anyways my question is if there is a restraining order can i call the cops if i see them together or does it have to be her because i am very tired of going through this and i feel bad for my little brother and sister
