If she contacted him, then the restraining order is void. It sounds like it may be time to get Family Services into the act. The problem with that is you all will probably wind up in foster care until your mother straightens her life out. Maybe the shock of that will get her to think about you guys instead of the abusive boyfriend.
Since you are an adult. . . , are you living on your own? Could you take in the brother and sister? That might be an option.
get help for your mom, she has some big problems,sends she try-ed to kill her self you can have her put some were , it will give her time to thank, you may save her life,
There may be little you can do for your mother. She is of course an adult and can do as she pleases, including eventually leaving the hospital for threatening or attempting suicide. They will not keep her indefinitely against her will.
What you CAN do is help your siblings. If nothing else contact Child Protective Services. If you are in a position to assume care, great. If not, they still need intervention for their own safety and well being.
What a sad burden (especially for you) and your brother and sister. You shouldn’t have to be worrying about such things. I certainly hope things get better soon for all of you, I sincerely do.
